Steps:
- 1. PREP/PREPARE
- 2. THE TOP ROUND
- 3. Gather your ingredients. (mise en place).
- 4. Add the onions to the bottom of the slow cooker, and then add the sliced beef.
- 5. Mix the beef stock with the Worcestershire, and pour over the beef.
- 6. Cook on high setting for 2.5 to 3 hours, or low setting for 4 to 5 hours.
- 7. Chef's Tip: Go sit down and read a book, or take a nap.
- 8. THE SAUCE
- 9. Gather your ingredients.
- 10. Place all of the ingredients; including 1/4 cup of broth from the slow cooker, into a saucepan.
- 11. Bring the liquid to a simmer, and continue simmering for about 10 minutes.
- 12. PLATE/PRESENT
- 13. Place some nice steamy rice in a bowl, add a few slices of yummy beef, and drizzle with the sauce. Add some sesame seeds, and green onions on top for a garnish. Enjoy.
