Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken over Noodles image

Amazing creamy and delicious

Number Of Ingredients 9

4 - boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
2 cup(s) chicken broth
4 clove(s) garlic minced
- salt and pepper
8 ounce(s) cream cheese softened and cut into chunks
1 cup(s) sour cream
8 ounce(s) hot buttered noodles
- parsley for garnish

Steps:

  • Place the chicken in a slow cooker and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth and garlic together. Pour over chicken and cook on low for 5 hours. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred.
  • Mix the cream cheese and sour cream into the slow cooker and whisk until smooth. Place the chicken back into the slow cooker and cook another 30 minutes.
  • Serve over hot buttered noodles and garnish with parsley
