Skillet Barbecue Chicken and Rice image

OK, let's say you have chicken breasts and rice. How do you make it all delicious-and fast? Get out the skillet and some BBQ sauce and let's get started.

2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed, drained
1 cup water
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min. or until done.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except rice; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min.
  • Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
