Sister Chris' Kiwi Spaghetti image

I tried this recipe at Byerly's and loved it. The lady preparing was really sweet and shared there recipe with me. The Fruit Flavored BBQ Sauces can be found at Byerly's. Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb ground beef, 80%
8-16 oz chunky tomato sauce
6 oz sister chris' fruit flavored bbg sauce (kiwi)
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 Tbsp white mushrooms (canned or fresh)
garlic, salt and pepper to taste
16 oz angel hair pasta
2 Tbsp green peppers, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare pasta as directed. Rince in cool water and strain.
  • 2. Cook ground beef, drain. Add onions, green pepper, mushrooms and seasonings and brown.
  • 3. Add tomato sauce and BBQ sauce and cook five minutes while stirring.
  • 4. Add cooked pasta to sauce. Serve warm.
