Steps:
- Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic, ginger, green onions, and jalapenos and saute 2 minutes. Mix together the pureed tomato, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, sugar and cornstarch. Add to skillet. Cook until thickened a bit. Stir in the shrimp and cook until pink. Garnish with chives if desired
