Steps:
- Mix sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, salt and milk in heavy saucepan over medium heat to boil. Boil one minute, stirring constantly. Stir 1/2 chocolate mixture into beaten egg yolks in small bowl then return all of that mixture to saucepan. Heat to boil again. Simmer and stir for one minute. Remove pan from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Cover with plastic wrap touching chocolate. Refrigerate. Top with whipped cream when serving.
