Sicilian Supper image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 pounds ground beef
0.5 cups onion
0.5 cups bell pepper
1 cloves garlic
6 ounces tomato paste
0.75 cups water
0.5 teaspoons salt
0.25 teaspoons pepper
0.75 cups milk
8 ounces cream cheese
0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
1 cups parmesan cheese
1 cups wide egg noodles

Steps:

  • Brown meat, onion, bell pepper, chopped garlic. When meat & veggies are done, drain fat from meat. Add tomato paste, water, salt, pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • In a separate pan, heat milk, cream cheese, garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Combine cheese mixture & noodles together. Spray a baking dish. Alternate layers of meat mixture & noodles. Start with meat.
  • Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes or so. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese & bake 10 minutes longer.
