How to make Sicilian Ricotta Ravioli Filling

Number Of Ingredients 4

1.5 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup coarsely grated parmesan cheese
1-2 cups of wilted, chopped, fresh spinach shopping list
nutmeg to taste

Steps:

  • Mix all the ingredients. It's best to do this by hand -- a food processor will chop the pine nuts and you'll want them whole.
  • Put 1 tbs of filling in each ravioli.
