Steps:
- Cook penne according to package directions. Chop peppers and garlic. Add oil to pan and saute peppers and garlic. Halve zucchini and squash, then slice about 1/4 inch thick and add to pan. Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add to pan along with shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until squash is slightly soft and tomatoes get saucy. Add penne to vegetables and serve with Parmesan cheese.
