My husband doesn't like shrimp, but even he really loves this dish. Its not a copy cat recipe, but to me it tastes just like Red Lobster shrimp scampi. The secret's the Parmesan topping!

Steps:
- 1. Combine the melted butter, wine, and garlic in a large liquid measuring cup. Place shrimp in individual oven proof dishes (2 lbs. of large shrimp divides about 12 into each of 4 dishes) or place all the shrimp into a glass baking dish. Pour liquid over shrimp.
- 2. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan topping and return to the oven for 5 more minutes or until shrimp turns completely pink. Be careful not to over-bake.
- 3. Season with salt, pepper and fresh parsley to taste.
