Steps:
- light a grill.Mix honey,vinegar,mustard 1/4 c. oil and 1 tbsp.of reserved pepper oil.Season with salt and pepper.Brush the ciabatta with mixture and grill over high het until browned. Let cool slightly,then cut into 1/4 inch cubes.In a large skillet,heat oil ,add the garlic and shrimp,season with salt and pepper and sauté until shrimp are pink.Scrape the shrimp and garlic into a bowl and let cool.Add the roasted pepper,noon,chives and croutons to the shrimp.Add the vinaigrette.Toss well.
