SHRIMP PINEAPPLE BACON SKEWERS image

1 dozen large shrimp
1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
teriyaki glaze
red pepper, seeds removed, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, slices cut in 1/2

Steps:

  • Wrap each shrimp in 1 piece of bacon (1 piece = 1/2 of a slice). Place on a skewer, alternating with pieces of pineapple, red pepper and any other crisp vegetables you may choose to add. Brush entire skewer with teriyaki glaze. Barbecue until bacon is moderately crisp.
