MAKE-AHEAD TIRAMISU image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 Tbsp. Instant Coffee in 1/4 cup Boiling Water (or 1/4 cup Kahlua)
32 Nilla Wafers
8 oz. reduced-fat Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
8 oz. Whipped Topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup fresh raspberries (optional)

Steps:

  • Stir coffee granules (if using) into boiling water until dissolved. Cover bottom of 8-inch square dish with wafers. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. coffee (or Kahlua). Add 2 tbsp. of the remaining coffee gradually to reduced fat cream cheese in medium bowl, beating with whisk until blended. Add sugar; mix well. Stir in whipped topping. Spoon half of mixture over wafers in dish. Cover with remaining wafers. Drizzle with remaining coffee. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Top with raspberries just before serving (optional); Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
