Shrimp Paella image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 tablespoon Olive Oil
3.5 ounces Chiorizo
1 teaspoon Garlic
7 ounces Goya Yellow Rice
1/4 cup Alcaparrado Olives Pitted, Pimientos,Capers rinsed
1 pound Shrimp peeled & deveined

Steps:

  • Heat Oil add onions & chorizo until cooked, about 7 minutes. Stir in garlic
  • Add 1 3/4 cup of water. Stir in rice and Alcaparrado. Boil cover and reduce to medium-low. Simmer 12 minutes. Add shrimp simmer 13 minutes until rice is tender and water is bsorbed
  • Arrange pimiento strips and garnish with parsley
