Shrimp on Crackers image

This was my mother-in-law's speciality. She made it for her daughter's wedding reception and everyone went wild over it. It's got a different taste and it is so addictive!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c mayonnaise
1 jar(s) zataran's spicy mustard
1/2 c chopped green onions
2 Tbsp horseradish
3 dash(es) tabasco
2 Tbsp lemon juice concentrate
2-3 lb medium size boiled shrimp

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients for sauce.
  • 2. Cut shrimp in three pieces.
  • 3. Fold into sauce. Refigerate for at least 24 hours or longer.
  • 4. Serve in dish with Ritz crackers on plate. Hence the name, "Shrimp on Crackers" Yummmy Goood!
