Watermelon chunks and slivered red onions and toasted almonds give this Shrimp & Feta Salad its refreshing crunch.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg. (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
1/2 lb. cooked cleaned large shrimp
2 cups chopped watermelon (3/4-inch chunks)
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup slivered red onions
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
  • Add dressing; toss to coat.
