Shrimp Ettouffee' image

if you use catfish its not called an ettouffee' its called Stewed Catfish or Couvion

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound(s) shrimp or crawfish
2 medium onions, yellow, medium
1 cup(s) butter, unsalted
1/2 large bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic peeled and chopped small
1 can(s) tomato sauce
- cajun seasioning to taste
- parsley fresh & green onion top both chopped

Steps:

  • Melt Butter add Yellow Onions cook a couple of min add every thing else except tomato sauce and Seafood let this cook 5 min add 3 cup water then add 1 can of tomato sauce and seafood cook 5 more min and it's ready servre Over Rice.
