Steps:
- Heat oil on med high. Add ginger saute for one minute. add celery, snap peas, and red pepper. Saute for one minute more. Add shrimp, Saute until opaque. meanwhile mix soy sauce, lemon juice, rice vinegar, and brown sugar together in a small bowl. Add water chestnuts and sprouts to shrimp, pour sauce over and heat through. Serve over brown rice and garnish with chopped Avocados. Serves 4
