Steps:
- Heat olive oil in saute pan. Saute tomatoes and garlic on medium/low heat 5 minutes until tomatoes are soft. Add shrimp and seasoning and saute 1-2 minutes per side until shrimp begins to turn opaque. Add spinach and cover pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until spinach is wilted. Add cooked tortellini and mix. Cover and simmer on low 3-5 minutes until flavors blend. Uncover pan, mix in Romano cheese. Serve in warm bowls.
