Shrimp and Avocado Salad Phyllo Cups Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 9

8 oz. cooked medium shrimp (I cut them up)
1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander
2 tbsp. each vegetable oil and cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. each salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce
1/2 mango, peeled and diced
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 avocado, peeled and diced

Steps:

  • Mix and put in Phyllo cups (?48)
