Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Beat 1/2 cup butter with electric mixer at medium speed 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add flour, oats, 3/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt; beat at low speed until coarse crumbs form. Press firmly into ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan.
- Combine remaining 3/4 cup butter and 3/4 cup brown sugar in heavy medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute without stirring. Remove from heat; stir in pecans. Pour evenly over crust.
- Bake 18-22 minutes or until caramel begins to bubble. Immediately sprinkle with bittersweet and white chocolates; let stand 1 minute or until softened. Swirl with knife. Cool completely in pan on wire rack; cut into bars.
