SHOE PEG CORN CASSEROLE image

2 cans shoe peg corn, drained
1 can french style green beans, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup sauteed onion
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Salt & Pepper
Topping
1/2 cup margarine
1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Steps:

  • Sautee chopped onion Mix all ingredients in prepared casserole dish Top with cracker mixture Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes or til bubbly and topping is brown.
