Steps:
- Toss chicken pieces with flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a paper bag. Brown slowly in butter. In a small saucepan, combine sourcream, onion soup mix, milk and sherry; beat with a rotary beater to blend. Heat but do not boil. Place browned chicken in casserole, pour on sauce, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, until chicken is tender.
