SESAME-SOY ASIAN NOODLES
Steps:
- Season cooked Asian noodles with soy sauce, dark sesame oil, and sesame seeds to your liking. If desired, add thinly sliced scallions as well. Another variation on this is to make Sesame-Ginger Salad Dressing (page 222) or simply use a prepared version.
