Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 400 F / 200 C.
- Rinse and cut Brussel Sprouts in quarters.
- In a large bowl, toss with toasted sesame oil, salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until caramelized, flipping half-way through. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
