SESAME-GINGER GRILLED CHICKEN image

Number Of Ingredients 8

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/3 c plum or sweet-sour sauce
1/4 c water
3 tbs hoisin sauce
1 1/2 tsp sesame seed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4-1/2 tsp oriental chili sauce

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except chicken. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Cover, simmer for 3 minutes and set aside. Grill chicken over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until tender and no longer pink, brushing with sauce once or twice during the last 5 minutes of grilling. In small saucepan, heat remaining sauce until bubbly. Pass with chicken.
