Steps:
- 1. Slice beef across grain into very thin strips.
- 2. In a skillet over high heat in 1 tablespoon of butter cook beef and onion until beef is no longer pink.
- 3. Stir in soup and paprika.
- 4. Heat through, stirring to keep from burning.
- 5. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream.
- 6. Serve over hot noodles.
- 7. Garnish with chopped parsley.
