1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 -1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 tablespoon minced garlic (from a jar)
1/4 finely chopped onion
1/2 cup water

Steps:

  • Brown meat with minced garlic and finely chopped onion; drain.
  • In a bowl combine all of the spices and corn starch until well mixed.
  • Add the spices and water to browned, drained ground beef cook until it all absorbs into the meat. Serve hot with your favorite taco fixings.
