Steps:
- Salsa: Dice avocado and tomato (or bruschetta) and mix. Add garlic salt, lemon juice, and vinegar to taste. Allow to marinate. Tuna: Salt and pepper tuna. Coat in Ponzu citrus. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat. Sear tuna on both sides until medium-rare. Add more Ponzu to pan while cooking, if desired. Serve over salsa. Bake all together in oven at 300 for up to 10 minutes to cook further if desired. Option: Add orange juice to salsa or pan while searing tuna.
