1 can (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup CLASSICO Four Cheese Alfredo Pasta Sauce
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1/2 cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Unroll pizza crust onto 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray; press to completely cover bottom of prepared pan. Bake 8 min.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp and garlic; cook 3 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Combine pasta sauce and Parmesan; spread onto pizza crust to within 1/4 inch of edge. Top with shrimp, mozzarella and tomatoes.
  • Bake 10 min. or until edge of crust is golden brown and mozzarella is melted. Sprinkle with basil.
