SEAFOOD ORANGE SAUCE image

Yield 1 cup

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 oranges
1/2 cup white wine
2 tsb minced shallots
2 sticks butter

Steps:

  • 1. zest half of orange (2 tsb) and juice of two oranges. Put the juice, zest, wine and shallots in a sauce pan on medium high heat. Cook until syurpy (30 min?) 2. on low heat, wish butter continuously and vigorously 1 tbs at a time. do not let sauce boil.
