Scrambled Eggs and Strawberries Recipe by Tasty image

Here's what you need: eggs, butter, canola oil, strawberries, sugar

3 eggs
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon canola oil
3 strawberries
1 pinch sugar

Steps:

  • Crack eggs into a bowl and mix
  • In a saute pan on medium-heat, add butter and canola oil to a pan and once mildly heated, add eggs.
  • Quickly fold and remove when eggs are half-done (soft-scramble).
  • Retrieve from the pan. Plate and top with strawberries.
  • Garnish with sugar and serve.
