SCOTT'S BBQ SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 13

2 cups white vinegar
4 cups sugar
2 cups Worchestershire sauce
2 cups mustard
2 tablespoons red chili powder
2 tablespoons black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white mustard powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
8 cups salad oil or thereabouts

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except oil and vinegar. Pour in salad oil very slowly and by small amounts. Make sure to mix well after each addition. Pour in vinegar and mix until blended. Adjust amounts of spices to your taste.
