Steps:
- Pat the scallops dry and sprinkle with salt, Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sear the scallops about 2 minutes per side.
- Remove scallops to a plate. Reduce the heat and add the orange juice and zest, lemon juice ginger and butter to the pan. Whisk until warmed through then add the scallops back to the pan and spoon the sauce on top
- Serve drizzled with sauce and garnished with cilantro.
