Steps:
- Melt 1 T butter w/ a little vewg oil in large frypan. Add scallops, sprinkled with paprika and salt (I used red chile powder) Saute in hot pan over med high heat til brown, keep warm. Add oj and chile to pan, boil, cook til reduced to 1/4c. Add 1 T butter. stir til smooth.
