Number Of Ingredients 6

1 beaten egg
1 C milk
1 C crushed crackers (my mother always used saltines, but I have also used Ritz)
1 can creamed corn
1/4 C minced onion
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients into a greased or sprayed baking dish or small casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a knife inserted comes out clean and the top is lightly browned. Serve warm.
