2 cups cream style corn
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup onion
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
Topping:
1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs

Steps:

  • Heat corn and milk on top of the stove. Gradually stir in well beaten egg. Add next four ingredients, mix well.
  • Pour into greased 8 inch round baking dish, and top with buttered cracker crumbs.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
