Steps:
- Melt 5 tablespoons butter in cooker. Add all other ingredients except water and flour. Stir well. Add water.
- Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 1 minute. Remove cooker from heat. Release pressure with slight lifting of vent weight.
- Open cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together flour and remaining butter (2 tablespoons). Tilt cooker and add the mixture to liquid in cooker. Move cooker in circular motion to mix contents well.
- Place cooker on medium heat. Cook for about 2 minutes, without stirring. Remove parsley. Serve hot.
