Yes, this is a very rich soup. And it's delicious! Scallops being one of my (many) favorite types of seafood, I was excited to try this. It would be a great starter for a special meal. It's very impressive but really easy to make!

Steps:
- 1. In the top of a double boiler, blend milk, cream, butter, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- 2. Place top of double boiler over the bottom with boiling water and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
- 3. Add scallops to the mixture and cook until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Pour hot soup into individual bowls. Sprinkle each serving with parsley and paprika.
