Savory Onion Meatloaf image

My personal recipe for good old fashioned meatloaf. It always comes out so juicy and melt in your mouth good. I always serve this with Sour Cream and Chives Scalloped Potatoes.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 pound(s) lean ground beef
1 package(s) lipton's onion soup mix
3/4 cup(s) stove top stuffing mix
2 large eggs
3/4 cup(s) water
1 dash(es) worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce, low sodium

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. You can substitute egg beaters for the eggs and add salt and pepper to your taste. I like to add a few pinches of garlic pepper and minced onions. You can never have enough onions!
  • Shape into loaf and place in pan.
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done. Let stand for 15 minutes.
