Sauteed Spinach image

Pairs with a great chicken or pork meal.

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp white wine
2-9 oz packages spinach
3/4 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. In large skillet, sauté garlic colves in olive oil for one minute. Add white wine.
  • 2. Cook until liquid is reduced by half. Add spinach and salt; cook and stir for 2 minutes or just until spinach is wilted.
