Sauteed Mashed Potato Cakes image

Leftover mashed potatoes
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons butter
Flour, for dredging
Salt, pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Form small cakes with mashed potatoes. Dredge cakes in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Heat skillet with oil and butter. Saute cakes in skillet until brown on both sides.;
