Sausage 'N Pepper Dip image

Skillet-cook sausage, peppers and onions and then stir in a blend of cream cheese, mozzarella and Parmesan to make this party-perfect dip.

1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread, softened
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Brown sausage with peppers and onions in large skillet; drain. Stir in cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan until blended.
  • Spoon into 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  • Bake 12 to 15 min. or until lightly browned. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
