SAUSAGE-CHEESE SOUFFLE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb pork breakfast sausage
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
3 slices bread, cubed
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Saute and drain sausage. Beat eggs wth milk & mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage, and cheese in a well-greased 9x13 baking dish. Pour egg mixture over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered
