Number Of Ingredients 11

1 1/2 pounds beef round steaks
2 envelopes brown gravy mix
4 cups water
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups , dry egg noodles

Steps:

  • Cut steak in I-inch cubes and brown in large saucepan with small amount of oil. Remove from skillet and add 4 cups water and gravy mix. Bring to boil. Stir in remaining ingredients except for noodles. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 325°F for 2 hours. Cook noodles according to directions. Drain. Serve steak mixture over noodles
