I know this came out of a magazine many years ago, it is all yellowed and taped to a 3x5 file card. I cannot tell which mag is was now it was so long ago. I have been making this many many years. To me it is a perfect little coffee cake, and makes up so quick and easy. It needs no frosting, and is a nice moist little cake.

Steps:
- 1. Spray the insides of a bundt cake pan with non stick spray liberally.
- 2. Blend cinnamon and sugar, and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of this on the inside of the pan, reserve rest for the cake.
- 3. Blend cake mix, applesauce, and eggs until well blended. Beat according to package directions.
- 4. Set aside 1 1/2 cups batter.
- 5. Pour remaining batter into prepared pan.
- 6. Sprinkle the reserved sugar cinnamon mixture over batter.
- 7. Top with reserved batter.
- 8. Bake in a pre heated 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until done.
- 9. Cool in the cake pan, top side up for 15 minutes, the invert on a serving platter.
