Lipton Onion Soup Potato Logs image

Lipton Onion Potato Logs has a great onion flavor with a crunch! They are perfect with hamburgers or partying!

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 baking potatoes
1 box lipton onion soup mix
2 c self rising flour
6 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 bottle oil

Steps:

  • 1. Bake potatoes until almost done,
  • 2. Once potatoes are slightly done! Allow to cool. Cut each potato in half, Cut the halves in half.
  • 3. In a shallow bowl beat the eggs.
  • 4. Add the flour to a plate.
  • 5. Add both envelopes of soup mix to the flour.
  • 6. Add the salt and pepper to the flour, mix to combine,
  • 7. Add oil to a deep fryers or deep skillet! Allow to get hot!
  • 8. Dip each potato half in the egg and then flour mixture, back in eggs, and then back in flour mixture.
  • 9. Cook a few at a time! Drop in hot oil and cook until golden brown! Drain on a paper towel
