Sauce Essentials: In-N-Out Burger Special Sauce image

The In-N-Out burger is very simple: buns, American cheese, yellow onion, iceberg lettuce, beefsteak tomato, 80/20 ground chuck pounded into 1/4-inch patties and cooked for about a minute on each side. The real appeal is the special sauce. As close as I can get it without knocking on their door and asking for the recipe, here you go. Even if it is not an In N Out sauce, it is still pretty dang good. So, your ready... Let's get into the kitchen.

1 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce, homemade, if possible
1 teaspoon(s) rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt, kosher variety
1/2 teaspoon(s) coconut sugar
