Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can sardines (in water or olive oil)
1⁄4 cup full fat coconut milk
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon olive oil
1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper (omit for AIP)
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Cilantro for garnish (coriander if you're down under!)

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, pulse until completely smooth and creamy.
  • If too thin, set back in the fridge for ten minutes. It should be a light, airy, spreadable consistency.
  • Use carrots, radishes and celery, or other vegetables as crudites!
