Steps:
- Heat oil on med.; Add baconk ham, onions, garlic, celery. Saute till tender, Add beans, red chile, water, beef base, salt pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer 3 hrs Add water if necessaryl. Skim fat from top. Place soup in a food processor and puree till smooth. Refrigerate overnight. To serve heat and add sherry and vinegar. Garnish with Cilantro.
